Build A Plane can offer valuable assistance in arranging for your aircraft to be moved from the donor to your project destination, however, Build A Plane can offer no financial help. Would the cost of relocating the aircraft be an obstacle for your Build A Plane project?

Build A Plane/XPlanes Software Program.
Allows a student to design, build and then test fly aircraft virtually. Includes a 60 page course outline to maximize learning.

Computer Aided Design (CAD) Program.
Students are provided top quality CAD software to design aircraft and other projects in three dimensions.

AeroScholars.
An on-line high school aviation program developed by the EAA to allow students to earn up to 5 hours of college credit from Utah Valley State College.

Agreement for Receipt of Aircraft from Build A Plane.
Build A Plane may agree to donate an aircraft (complete, kit or components) for restoration or construction by young people as part of an educational program. Build A Plane will not restrict the manner in which our educational objectives are carried out, limit the use or disposition of the aircraft, nor supervise our program. We have complete freedom to determine how to carry out our educational objectives.
Therefore, we understand that we, and not Build A Plane, are responsible for any occurrence in our program or resulting from it. In consideration of the gift of the aircraft to us, we agree:
1. The aircraft is given to us as is, where is, with all faults; Build A Plane makes no warranties as to its condition, safety, usability, suitability for our use, or any other matter. We will rely exclusively on our own inspection, knowledge and procedures.
2. We release Build A Plane from and indemnify and hold it harmless against any loss, liability or damage to ourselves, those in our program, or any other person, resulting from acceptance, work on, or use of the aircraft by us or anyone else, beginning on the date we receive it.
B y “Build A Plane,” we mean the nonprofit California corporation of that name, and also mean its directors, officers, employees, suppliers and affiliates. B y “we,” “us,” or “ours,” we mean the organization or entity on whose behalf this agreement is accepted, and its sponsors, parents, and owners.
