Build A Plane Aerospace/Aviation Education Resources

We will share current Build A Plane projects and lesson plans that use aerospace and aviation as tools to help students learn science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Showcase of Current Build A Plane Projects

  • Frankfort High School Aviation Academy
    Students in the FHS Aviation Academy uses two 1940 Aeronca aircraft to learn about science, mathematics, engineering, and aircraft maintenance careers.
  • KidQuest
    Aviation education program located at the Golden West Flyin and Airshow at Yuba County Airport in California.
  • Polaris Career Center
    Developed in collaboration with Kent State University, the Aeronautics program focuses on five areas of concentration: aeronautical studies, aeronautical systems, engineering technology, air traffic control, aviation management, and flight technology.
